For use on interior surfaces and areas exposed to UV-light. Note: Do not use on areas exposed to abrasion.
Rustonic™
- A single-application coating containing special corrosion
inhibitors. This is the only product in the world that can
be used with the fill-and-drain system for ballast tanks of
ships and submarines.
Colors available: Black (Rustonic™-Classic)
,Brown-Black (Rustonic™-Eco)
Usage & Applications:
Interior panels and chassis of automobiles, cables and wire ropes,
industrial fabrications, sewage and filtration plants, refineries,
hot-rolled steel, underground and underwater pipes, ballast tanks,
box girders, skegs, bilge keels, interior rudders and all void
areas of ships and submarines.
Rustcoat™
- A metallic-aluminum tan
coating with UV-light stabilizers and corrosion inhibitors
which can be applied both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended
for use on surfaces exposed to extreme UV conditions.
Usage & Applications: Bridges, storage tanks, pipelines,
refineries, industrial fabrications, nuclear and regular power
generators, utility poles, flashing gutters, skylight coatings
and hot-rolled steel.
Rustguard™
- Formulated with metallic-pigmented colors to cater
to companies requiring specific colors to match their painted
steel structures, Rustguard™
helps in extending the lifespan of both interior and exterior
surfaces. Certain metallic colors may be custom-made upon
request.
Colors available: chocolate-brown,
jade-green, turquoise-blue,
red-oxide.
Usage & Applications: Bridges, storage tanks, pipelines,
refineries, industrial fabrications, nuclear and regular power
generators, telephone and power poles, flashing gutters and
skylight coatings.
Rustonic-Mastic™
- This black, heavy-duty version of Rustonic™
is formulated specially for industries involved in extremely-corrosive
environments.
Colors available:
Rustonic-Mastic™-Classic (Black),
Rustonic-Mastic™-Eco
(Brown-Black)
Usage & Applications: Chemical plants such as bleach/chlorine plants, acid plants, soda ash plants and detergent manufacturing factories, offshore platforms, oil and gas industries, oil rigs, pipelines, storage tanks, utility poles and sewage plants.
Rustcoat-Mastic™
- This metallic-aluminum tan,
superior industrial strength version of Rustcoat™
is formulated for harsh interior and exterior environments.
Usage & Applications: Bridges, storage tanks, interior
panels of automobiles, oil and gas plants, construction and
industrial fabrications, railings and steel structures on
ship decks not exposed to abrasion.
Rustguard-Mastic™
- A heavy-duty version of Rustguard™
specially formulated for structures requiring colors in highly-corrosive environments. Colors available: chocolate-brown,
jade-green, turquoise-blue,
red-oxide.
Usage & Applications: Bridges, storage tanks, interior
panels of automobiles, oil and gas plants, construction and
industrial fabrications, railings and steel structures on
ship decks not exposed to abrasion.
Rust-Converto™
- This translucent, off-white coating dries to a durable black
matte finish when applied to rusted surfaces, and remains
clear when applied over non-rusted metal or other coatings.
A suitable topcoat may be applied for decorative purposes
or maximum protection in highly-corrosive environments. Rust-Converto™
may be sanded with fine- or medium-grade sandpaper after it
has been left to dry for 24 hours or more.
